Especially when they find out you've been skipping the daily checks on the cooling liquid levels. No service plan will cover that.

Yes, Dell bought out Alienware. Dell has a service just for Alienware customers though.

In home service comes within 48 hours.

I never claimed to be in my right mind.

Dell owns Alienware but it's still Alienware. Alienware designs high end gaming PCs. That's what I wanted so that is what I bought.

Why does everyone care so much how I spend my money?

I take that back. Bankster will find something bad about Halle Berry. Her boobs are sagging. Well she is over 40 and a boob job will fix that right up. I am so sure you would kick her right out of bed. Like you are such a prize.

I have full coverage including accidental damage. So yes it will cover it. The terms don't include me doing daily checks on the cooling levels. There is a program that does that for me.

I have forgotten how baiters imagine and expect the worst case scenario.

You are right. Alienware doesn't design high end gaming PCs. That was my bad. I would have been better off hording my money in my sock drawer. You guys are all right. The world sucks.

Those cables actually do look familiar.Nothing we have plugged in though. The whininess to the complaints seems to be motivated by too much idle time and buyer's regret. Some people are just content to remain miserable.

BTW PF, that thing you have in your pants is worthless. That is because more than likely you will go through your life without ever needing it. You could have saved some cash by buying a Saturday nigh special. Sure it might not look as good, last as long, or work as well but overall it would have the same effect. Well kind of that is.

Remeber when monster cable was only for 15" Woofers in the back of your beat up Chevette?

Dell's XPS line has the same "support" center nonsense. It still takes forever and they end up re-installing windows.

I spent 3 hours on the phone to them trying to wrangle a refund after some "engineer" came around twice and failied to fix the problem.

The arrogant supervisor hung up on me, and I wasn't going to try again until the morning - lucky thing I did call up, as he refunded me then and there. Smile

I always asked them to call me back, too, and on my mobile. I had paid for a premium product and I was not paying 20P per minute to phone them for a problem they caused!

The customer support is so scripted I can imagine them furiously typing at a cafe in Lagos.

^^^ Too funny Craig! I was talking to a customer service for the local cable company and immediately detected scripting. I actualy asked the CS person if they were reading. Then I told them they were incapable of independant thought and I want to to talk to someone with a brain...i blame it on baiting.
