participate as a group or organization to represent their Country in the
forth-coming events. None of them should be less than eighteen years of age
and delegates must participate in both Conferences.
Note Very Important: It is not necessary that one must belong to an
organization to be eligible to attend this event he/she can also participate
as an individual or a group of 2 to 4 members if he/she are not capable to

I've been messin with these people on and off for the last few days. I suggested I had a coachload of college kids that want to attend, but as they said 'no under 18's' would it still be ok ... of course it is.
