2.The client's have the financial capacity to pay for the good services of the attorney.

We deal with only serious-minded clients who want our servives and who have the financial commitment to do so. Our criteria for assessing clients' readiness is willingness to make financial commitment by paying our mobilization fee below.

Scammers charge scam fees, just like any other professional.

These fees cover internet cafe charges, tatooing fees and the cost of purchasing Rolex watches to strut around Lagos with.

When working with a scammer you are obliged to pay these fees. It is however more than appropriate if these scam fee payments are in the form of non-existent W.U. transfers, phony Moneygram transactions and bank transfers that consist of trying to get the account closed down.

All of these constitute legitimate payments of scam fees, and are legal.

Or, Yes, Sure we will pay professional charges, We have professionals who check for conflict of interest/ and verify your professional status, ie your membership in the proper Bar Association and your educational status & credentials. So as long as you submitted all of the correct information on yourself you will be just fine. I will contact you as soon as our investigation is complete.. or Other wise you will get everything you so richly deserve!!

^^^ absolutely; and isn't it amazing how many of these professionals manage to get "invoice" and "receipt" mixed up (which is always good for a few rounds of email followed by a "this lawyer is incompetent, get another one" back to the original lad)
