^^ woody. Phone call is done at 3:36 Pacific time. It was 6:36P diplomat's time. "we are both in the same position" I was your attorney.

Nothing bad could have happened to him because Victor said there were so many soldiers lodging too at the hotel. Besides the hotel is very close to the CNN headquarters. [I had no idea that having CNN close by mde the area more secure]
I do not know what to tell you, Madam. I have a feeling that your husband never went to Atlanta.[ correct but thanks to expedia you thought I had traveled to Atlanta] He probably used that as an excuse to get away from home and went somewhere else. [Hmmm] I am saying this because Victor had earlier offered him accommodation at our Embassy suites and he refused. How could he have chosen to pay for hotel accommodation when he had an offer of a free one with diplomatic benefits. [to keep you and you diplomat busy making phone calls]
I have told Beniah about this and he is equally very disturbed and now wonders if your husband can really be trusted with the kind of huge fund. He has demonstrated a complete and recklessly disregard for honesty, truth and diligence. Now Victor is also facing some challenging in respect of where the fund is kept. [I am sure that anyone that can stuff $28.5 million in a diplomatic transfer can find a solution]

I am deeply sorry, Madam. But if we dont hear from him within the 24 hour, l am afraid l will advise Beniah to look for another partner. Victor cannot continue to wait indefinitely for him please. [He almost got my money again so I bet he will still be with one of my characters ]

I wasn't a lawyer. I was just a friend that was texting him when he suddenly stopped. I contacted his wife and she hasn't heard from him either, but he was supposed to meet this guy in Atlanta. I called and left a message explaining that I was looking for Victor as he vanished mid conversation.

I didn't get a return call. Crying or Very sad
