I do believe we have the most modest Mods in the interwebs! If it weren't for our mods, Eater would probably be called "Stewardville" now.
I still want to know what Steward had over Rover that made him resign. The rest of it is academic.
@Fartina, I believe Interpol took him into custody abruptly, so he couldn't reply... yet. |

I felt very sad reading about Rover and thought it happened all too abruptly. When I logged in later, the first thing I did was that I checked his thread and saw it had gone. And I was happy again although I obviously missed some of the fun because of RL stuff.
By the way, where and when do recovering Stewardians gather?  |

Best thing for me was the Hi All!!! thread with all it's wonderful heretic and ecclectic contributions.
Nice was the chaotic dynamic this has taken.
I find the beginning of this Stewie thread, as the repetition of .. 'Welcome to Eater, Steward' got more visible post after post, very amusing.
He did not show up again, a 'mysteriously' missing post, and quickly the foundation was layed for a 'adoration' with all its sideeffects.
And for somebody watching this loosely it was not hard to foresee that this Stewie-thingi would play a role on FoolsDay.
