The Bank of Africa state that

Perhaps we can test this out. How far would the bank go as 90% of the 419 scams I've had use this Bank.
Maybe it's time the corporations cleaned up their act and put their money where their mouth is.

It's not the banks that are performing illegal actions, it's the lads.

At one time the Bank of Nigeria carried a disclaimer basically saying if you've been scammed by someone using our name or the names of our employees then it's your own damn greedy ass fault.

Even European banks turned a blind eye to the blatant fraud and phishing that was going on, now they carry warnings to their customers and actually publicize the fact that fraud happens and what you can do about it. How pro-active they are is another thing.

I've not been into fake bank site killing in a number of years now, but I doubt that "sport" has changed much.

I'm still getting "forms" from them as well thanks to so many lads using their name. I have to say some look very convincing as though someone has got hold of a real form from them, inside job?
