I am working too many baits and I have no idea where this lad is from. I've been passed up to him and he has left me one message telling me he is in Florida.

I've already called him twice at 1 and 1:20 A. M. his time using Evaphone. Its free!!!

I may have woken him up..... He sounded a tad groggy, and then grumpy.

EDIT: On second try I kept him on for about 5 minutes but we seemed to have some kind of misunderstanding. He kept asking if I got his mail, I kept saying I want a large pepperoni, sausage and mushroom delivered to 245 E. 30th. Eventually he hung up. I guess I need to try again in a few minutes....

EDIT AGAIN: he shut off his phone. Sad

By the way, did anyone else get an Australian IP out of him? I'm trying to pinpoint his location but that just doesn't look right. He's also really hesitant about revealing anything about his real location. Confused

Pardon my ignorance, but I thought that the X-Originating IP was considered a dummy ip, and not the actual IP from a lad?

I thought it was usually suggested to look at the line 'received from'

Not necessarily. I'm pretty sure that Bellevue, WA is the location of the e-mail provider.

I've found that the X-Originating is usually correct. But I don't think that's the case this time. I mean, surely if the lad is in Australia, he'd try to SOMEHOW work that into his scam for the sake of credibility. But then again, he seems to be doing a good enough job of that with his US phone number. Confused

Bah! I'll think more about this after "breakfast".
