I hate love lads but I don't bait them very often so I'd need your opinion. There is a person who sent me his nekked pic although I never asked for one. It is his first pic he's ever sent to me and I don't quite know if he actually is a lad or just a pervert with something that my mentor called a "schlong". No money has been mentioned so far, it's been only about love.

What would you say as specialists? Would a lad do something like that?

In my experience, lads don't refer to a penis as schlong. Any other details you can provide to help figure it out? . Also, remember that love lads wait quite sometime before asking for money.

Love Lads, like other Lads, will try anything that they think will 'work' at gaining your appreciation and your money. That can include sending naked photos, faking cybersex, or even 'showing their er... love for you' on webcam.

Alternatively, they'll address you in respectful tones, never mention sex, and, actually never mention love either, if they think that will 'work' better.

Money: I've had one Love Lad develop his need of money within a few days. And another take six months before he asked for financial help. The rest are in-between, but most are not in a hurry.

If you are unsure about whether this person is or isn't a scammer, then be A Very Boring Penpal until you find out. Say nothing that would give hope to a genuine person, or hurt a genuine person .... or interest a genuine person. Just be boring, not too keen, and not a very attractive personality.
