I've seen a couple of these too, I can't imagine scammers giving away or selling working online bank accounts, they could cash those in pretty easily I think.

I might follow it up, I imagine he will want to be paid via WU :/ I will of course need proof and screenshots of what he has.

I get a lot of these too. Some selling hacking tools as well.
Are they just scams too, or are they actually offering this stuff?

I might be wrong, but I'm sort of inclined to not bait these guys (let's call them "scammer-scammers"), and just let them scam their fellow scammers. Although it's true they are making profit off a scam, at least the victims (lads) had it coming. We try to waste lads' time and money, after all, and letting them scam each other accomplishes that. Of course, this doesn't remotely justify the scammer-scammers' actions or make them decent people; I'm sure they would just as soon scam an innocent victim, and I'm sure some of them have different scam formats where they go after innocents. So I'm not defending them, I'm just saying I think it might do some good to let scammers merely scam each other; the time they spend scamming amongst themselves distracts them from undeserving non-scammers.

^^^^ I'd agree with the above, probably best left alone. Some of these guys, and they are not all lads, do make a tidy profit out of sellimg screen dumps complete with credit card PIN info and everything.

I've actually seen examples from a seminar that I went to several years ago where banks were being targetted like this.

If you've had problems with illegal transactions being made on your credit card this could be where the information is coming from.

You're not likely to get anything out of them either. You are expected to buy the screen dumps etc, full stop. Any messing about and they will just drop you. You'd need to know what you are talking about as well if you wanted to take them on.

Might be going a bit too far in this case, but at least there's no way an innocent victim can fall for this.
