That doesn't matter. At your earliest inconvenience. Or, as with everything, as late as possible. But you're not waiting for anything to happen.
After he gives you the account, at some point you tell him you made the transfer. He will ask for a slip or receipt, which you don't have. (It's all electronic you know.) You may start pushing him 'did the payment come through yet?' Then when it's taken so long that neither of you believe in it anymore, have him find out on his end why it is not coming through. All you can say from your end is that the transfer was accepted by your bank and now shows up as 'pending'. |

I have a "news clipping" re: Theft at WU. It's a risky way to send $$$.
Then steer them clear of M.G. but.... MG does have a help-line

My lads seem real desperate not to cough up their account details ... buggers are just being mean.
Out of curiosity, how much harm does closing an account cause? I'd guess many accounts are interlinked (cheque / savings / credit card etc) so would linked accounts get closed automatically too? And who gets any money held in the accounts? Would be nice if it went to victims (dream on) but I have no problem if it went to local law enforcement agencies to help motivate them to come down on lad activities.
I love the smell of bacon in the morning. Just saying .... |

I believe it causes a lot of problems. I have tracked account holders to several different scams. I think the account holder rents the account out and gets a cut of all deposites. When the account get closed they all lose. |

There's nothing quite like your first piggy (except possibly your first pith), either way it's hurt lad big time and that's gotta be good!
