I'm a newbie baiter, and in the middle of my first two at the moment which have been going for about a week. Just got the following from one of my lads 'lawyer':

"Which paper work are you talking about? How can i send a paper work,when we have to obtain the documents require for this claim.This all explanation is driving crazing,i have explain several time.I am tire of this,if you are not ready for the claim,you people we have to forget about the claim."

It made me laugh. I really feel like I'm getting somewhere: I drive him crazy!

Write the lad back and say that you MAY forgive the lawyer but you will expect a fulll apology for her horrible behavior and that it must be in writing on her law firm's letterhead with original signature. Make the lad do a little extra work and you get a little trophy document to laugh at Very Happy

I have now got my apology. He wouldn't fill in the Apology form but sent eventually sent me an apology with the ungracious covering letter:

Suggestions on how to proceed and if possible get a better trophy or even --wish-- a safari appreciated.

It's the emblem of Malaysia with a Scales of justice pasted on it. Also you can tell it's been resized from a small low res gif.

My quick google shows Harrods to be 87-135 Brompton Road. Nearby I would expect?

Sorry Harrods isn't there. But the post code and address are different places. the post code is Harrods bar (not on Brompton Street) and the adress is Jones the Bootmaker on Brompton St:
