Hello everyone, while out today I took a photograph of a railway signal, it had the number 419 on it, and was wondering how to make it small enough for my avatar, it is over 1mb in size!!!
Any help would be appreciated, I thought the number was perfect for my avatar!!! |

Throw it in a simple pic editor and shrink to 145x145 (those are the maximum! Adjust within that for aspect ratio). I find that the microsoft picture mamnager works the simplest. It also automatically takes care of the aspect issue. |
