Thanks, everyone, for the compliments. Much appreciated.
500 miles is a long way but it isn't exactly Wes African dirt roads. I have driven that route from Hot 'Lanta to Savannah. It is four-lane, high speed Interstate Highway the whole way. Still and all, I am pleased that Phill1ps wasted his day and his fuel on this wild goose chaase.
Yeah, metric is better but us Yanks are stuck with the "English" system (its all their fault  )
@mbl - great idea about the GP5 E-Tr4ck but, seriously, I have had my fill of this lad. I would be happy to set someone up if anybody wants to pick up where freaky Phoebe left off. You can take over the gmail account (this is the only bait I have used it for). I could leave the existing emails intact so you get a sense of Phoebe's character and style. Any takers? |

Paranoia is a great modality. It provides a perfect excuse for everything lads want. For example:
Lad Q: Whats your phone number?
A: I don't have a phone because the government listens to everybody's phone calls.
Q: Can you wire me money from your bank?
A: No, banks steal money from me.
Q: Will you meet me to give me the money?
A: No, I don't like strangers
I actually used all these excuses with Mr. Phill1ps. A freaky, paranoid character also comes across as very vulnerable and easily taken advantage of. Just the kind of person lads love. That personality also explains all kinds of erratic, unpredictable behavior that, of course, always screws up the lad's plans. |
