A while back I started a thread about a lad in Atlanta. This thread provides a little background to today's action. Here is the link:

In that thread, jose cuervo, suggested I try to get the guy live on web cam. Great idea, jose, thanks.
Long story short, I think I will get him on a web cam in Savannah, Georgia today. The lad wrote me about an hour ago saying he was on his way from Atlanta and should arrive between 12 and 1 PM (U.S. Eastern Time which, I believe is 5PM - 6PM GMT).
manbiteslion has graciously set up a live feed which I think will record the action. Here is the link for that feed:

Guys *DO NOT CLICK THE CAM LINK* it will kill the cam for everyone else - please ONLY use the livestream/scambaiters link. Raga Man, you may even want to remove the direct link to stop the possibility?
The webcam site is *REALLY* unstable, 2 users at the same time and the screen goes white! Viewing through the livestream link will not affect that, and is NO WORSE quality than the master cam, with some added magic to prompt it to force refresh every 30s as well
So again PLEASE ONLY USE THE LIVESTREAM LINK! There's a chatroom there you can use too if you like  |

Here is a little more of the backstory...
The lad in question is the same lad, Ev4ns Phill1ps, who gave me the line in my siggy but that was under a different character than the one I am baiting him under now. He got tired of me and dropped me but not before he had heard a lot about my crazy, paranoid sister in Savannah.
After he dropped me, I waited a few weeks and then contacted him again as the sister. She thinks the government listens to everyone's phone calls so she doesn't have a phone. She thinks banks steal from everybody so she doesn't have a bank (no wire transfers) but she keeps lots of cash. She is afraid to go out or meet strangers but she does go the the restaurant (the one on the web cam) to get a to go order every day at noon.
Phill1ps thinks I am going to stash $5K in some straw placed in front of the storm drain (there is road work going on next to the restaurant). Of course, my character is so weird and loopy that she will forget exactly where she put the money. Mayhem ensues (with any luck).
Of course, when the lad gives up in frustration I hope he will unleash another epic blast on me. He has already referred to me as "a hot mess". He has NO idea...

There are road repairs underway on Whitaker Street (note the orange and white barricade). The hay bale was put there by the road crew. It is in front of a storm drain. This is standard practice in the U.S. to prevent sediment from washing into the storm sewers during construction projects. |

He hasn't sent me any emails. He isn't supposed to be there for another 50 minutes or so but then lads lie. I expect him to email me when he can't find the money.
