This was waiting on me from my lad to Barrister
Tomidio (me as the Barrister trying to move his
hearing bequest to recieve $ 800k from Cameroon to Ghana)
...of course we are discussing my supposed bribe of
Magistrate Djam's son (both being figments of my imagination):

message and informations to me.

I am really happy to hear that you have signed
the contract with Magistrates Djam's son this afternoon,
my papers and bequest can now move to Ghana.

Yes concerning the Magistrates son as soon as my

24 hours and I am also happy to hear that Magistrate
Djam thanks you
employing his son and thanks to for his promises to
see that I recieve my bequest.

This is really most excellent news to me and I am
happy for that.

Since you said that you will be in contact with a
most excellent and upstanding Barrister in Ghana
who will arrange the transfer and set up of my case
in Ghana, as soon as you conclude with the Barrister
on Monday do let me know and do also let me know
the date I will have to be in Ghana so that I will leave
here to Ghana so as to meet with the new Barrister
who you will arrange for me.

I will also want you to let the new Barrister
know that I will pay his money after I have
recieved my bequest.

as a safari since my lad will travel 450 klicks (250 miles)
and cross an international border- but is an INTRA
ECOWAS trip!

Right on time at 5:00 pm Cameroon time I send my lad
the following as his Barrister in Cameroon.

Now we set the final peices in play to
have him travel to Accra- 450 klicks and
265 miles for a Safari

Dear Mr. Okutue

It is with honorific pleasure that I tell you
that the hearing before the Right Honorable
Magistrate Djam was most auspicious and effervescent
lasting a grand total of 5 minutes.

We were most surprised to have someone with
the audacity to contest the move
at the hearing- an American Barrister Firm called
Crotchit and Itchit representing the Himmler that
you mentioned. This firm tried to present evidence
that you conspired in the murder of one Ira Tant.

With the blessings of merciful God Almighty Magistrate
Djam said that
"this was not a trial for murder but a determination
if there was a hardship cause to move the r
ightful bequest hearing"

When the lawyers objected again the Honorable
Magistrate had
them taken from the hearing court room and then
ruled that
the hearing of the late Raj Ashwarya's bequest to
you could
be held in Accra Ghana since the firm Duewee
Cheetum and Howe
has court certification in this venue.

The Magistrate wanted to know if you would obtain a
Barrister and
as you Cameroon Barrister I spoke up saying that I
was in touch with the Honorable Barrister Paul Ugo of

The Magistrate ruled that we could then file the papers-

I was just in contact with Rancid and he
gave me very good news for you. The Honorable
Magistrate Djam has ruled in your favor and papers are
being filed to move your hearing to Accra.
There was a protest to the move from some
American Attorneys who were present but
the Magistrate ruled in favor of the motion
of Barrister Tomidio.

So the hearing for you will move to Accra Ghana.
You should, we recommend seek counsel in Accra- if
you need help with this please let me know.

As a reminder you will need to pay us $ 25,000 USD within
24 hours of the bequest being made.

We should know the hearing date once the magistrate
for the court is selected in Ghana.

The courts in Ghana are strictly English- but
your English seems very good so this should not be a problem- but
you will need to let us know if you need a French translator.

The courts in Ghana are most strict and upstanding- which

"long ass" form of 4 pages (with a cool looking Ghanian
Coat of Arms on it) which my lad will have to complete
and scan to both Barrister Ugo (me) and Michael Duewee (me).

This is at least form number 14 or 15 for my laddie
in the two months this bait has been ongoing.

I will attach it when he sends it to me completed:

This was waiting on Barrister Tomidio's mail this morning (me of course as his Barrister in Cameroon)- you can see that I have him where I want him- he sends me a bunch of e-mails that I sent him as Ira Tant (the cougar that he thinks committed suicide) etc etc spending time telling me that he did NOT murder Ira Tant- etc etc...simply more proof , I think that I will have him in Accra shortly:

I hope I did not offend you by being to forward it is just that I have not many friends and you look so nice with your charming smile. Please forgive me if I seem to strong in wanting to get to know you but you see I am very lonely. My father is dead and I have no friends at work (they don't seem to like me because I am so efficient). My only hobbies are martial arts and running where I have some people that know me but are not close.

Just so you know I am not a really young person but just turned 40 years last month but I stay in very good shape, running and doing karate and lifting weights. I am pleased to tell you that the committee voted to approve your project. Since we are becoming friends (I hope) I will tell you what happened.

We approved three projects and send one back for reject - this takes about one hour. Then we get to your project, David. Mr. Himmler takes the file and does not even open it and says "We should reject this project from Okutue because of his lateness and laxness- he will alway cause trouble". He says this without even looking at your work and then tells Mr. Buttafooco that he should be ashamed to hire someone we don't even know (meaning you).

I listen to this for a while then I reach over and grab the file from him and say "okay- perhaps but we are NOT here to discuss people or their habits but the quality of the project."

Mr. Balls agreed with immediately and all we did was to lay your photos up against the photos from the projects that were already accepted and they were as good or better (your smile made them better from my perspective.

This is wonderful news and I am so thrilled to have you on your team and I hope we can become VERY good friends and see each other soon in person.

I have reviewed the Affadavit you sent and there is no
concern needed on your part with regards to the modalities
of transmission of your innocence and Mr. Buttafooco's
innocence.

Regarding you and a female colleague falling in love with
the arrow of God's love piercing your heart this is the
natural thing to happen a man and a woman work together
and discover some things in common that they like about
each other. This strengthens the case that no man
would murder or maim a woman who is beautiful and
who will adore the man in question. I assume that this
woman who is from Zimbabwe (who loving you and was
living in the US) was very pretty. If she was pretty, and not
ugly no one would believe a man would kill her- so if
would be good for you to save any photos proving her beauty.

For any other matters- the Himmler man is, as we say in
Cameroon, grabbing the lobster by the tail and avoiding the
claws- this saying means that he trie to go after your weak area
while avoiding your biting areas. I do not know who murdered
this Ira Tant- but they know if they can make it seems that you
do this then the Magistrate might believe you do not deserve the
money.

Any proof you have of the manner in which she died you should present
to your Ghana Barrister and also keep a copy and bring with you.

I have sent all informations to Barrister Ugo so he has it- although
I do not have much informations on the Tant matter.

All in all I would say that you have nothing to worry about.

This morning you should know that Magistrate Djam and two other
Magistrate awarded 19 consultants bequest of $ 832,000 each
from the estate of Mr. Ashwarya. It was
a very joyous and pleasurable scene outside the Supreme
Court of Douala- which is usually a scene of desication and misery
in the extreme.

For the Magistrate in Ghana to do anything differently would be
most incommodious for him in view of how the public would
transmute his character.

I am happy to read your good-news message that The Honorable Magistrate Djam has ruled in my favor and papers are being filed to move my hearing to Accra.

Since Mr.Himmler Attorneys from America protested for the move of my bequest, will they also be in Ghana again to protest? I know right deep in my heart that I did nothing, the only thing I know is that Mr.Himmler wants to stop me from recieving my bequest but God Almighty will flight my flight.

Through the help of Barrister Michael Tomdio, I have gotting a Barrister in Ghana who will represent me and I am hoping and believing God that everything is well with us.

Now concerning Mr.Himmler's Attorneys, what is your advice to me?

Dear David

Thank you for your message and this was good news and the Barrister Tomidio did a very good job with regards to having your hearing moved.

It was a very busy morning in Douala- the Magistrate announced late yesterday that he was moving the hearing
from Thursday 28 January to this morning 26 January and this caught everyone off guard. Apparently he was upset with the tactics of Himmler's law firm and wanted to send a message of power to them.

Fortunately we had advised all of the benefactors attending the Douala hearing to arrive early, by the 26 January- and the hearing was held this morning according to Rancid. We had nineteen benefactors present (excluding you of course) and in the course of 30 minutes we presented the will, the proof of employment, the proof of identification for all those present and the bequest was executed within the hour.

Rancid faxed me the attached article so you can enjoy the good news as we have.

Rancid spoke with Barrister Tomidio and let Barrister Tomidio let him know that you will be working with

Barrister Paul Ugo of whom we are acquainted with in Ghana. Mr Ashwayra did business in

Ghana, as I think you know, so we have worked with Barrister Ugo before.

You should know that the courts in Ghana and Cameroon are very different- the Ghana courts are very upright and strict- there is nothing bad about that- rather it is just so that you know this ahead of time.

With regards to the Himmler attorneys- the courts in Ghana would probably allow them to present the counter case- but it is hard to see how the court would rule against you- frankly speaking it would be political suicide for the court to rule for Himmler when the courts in Cameroon have ruled against them and for the plaintiffs (local Africans)- one can only imagine the headlines in Accra if that were to happen.

I am glad you have engaged a Barrister for Accra hearings- it was not so important that you do so in Douala where we have long standing personal relationships with the Magistrate and his son- but in Ghana this is not so much the case and the courts take a much more strict view of legal matters over personal relationships if you understand my meaning.

I would not worry about this- but be sure you are in touch with your Barrister. You will need to send us a copy of your request and application for representation in the Inferior Court of Ghana- we can send you a form if needed you will need to complete and also send a copy to both us and you Barrister.

He will set a date for your hearing and then Rancid will make his way from Capetown to Accra at that date.

Holy Jesus on a purple cow my lad is inundating all of my made up personages (love that word) with e-mails to day- a veritable onslaught- which according to the vets who have kept me from cradering this mashup of a bait is a very good sign:

It is with most splendid pleasure that I recieved your completed forms that are perfect in every way and evidence of your most worth and trusting character. I will take this to the court in the morning to make the arrangements for a hearing date.

I also have e-mails from Barrister Tomidio but have not yet had the opportunity to review them- but I can see he is forwarding me about 15 e-mails concerning your case and I will pay particular attention to the appeals that might be lodged- most inauspiciously by the American Firm of Barristers in order to prevent your bequest from being handily enumerated by the Magistrates.

Since you have now been incipient enough to also tranmuste and configure the requests to the firm of Duewee Cheetum and Howe I can now perambulate towards a hearing using the misamibiguations of the forms that they will also forward to me as a Barrister on your behalf.

Well- as the famous Jojo Bean or one of the teachers over at Eater U taught me I think the emotional investment modality of my lad is at the all time high. Here he is e-mailing me convinced that he is being accused of murdering Ms Ira Tant- his only concern being, of course that this could interfere with his being awarded $ 800k.

St Joeph and Mary in a dog pound my lad has gone e-mail crazy- really I said in late December I was going to crack the whip so he would not know his ass from his nose- and sweet Christ with chocolate Icing it is true.

The e-mail below has another 12-15 e-mails attached (God I am one prolific bastard I guess) attached taking me through the entire history of this scam when I got him to do my trophy photos (leaving out the part that he was a no count 419 scammer of course)- so in the interest of my own mental modalities (and yours) I will only attach the e-mails. Reading in Scammer U about Internet Cafes in Abidijan he is chewing through Cafe Time like Marine in a two dollar brothel-

I trust you are having a most splendiferous and relaxing day. I want to inform you of some most auspicious and welcome news concerning my meeting with the Court Clerk. On top of the news that is most incredibly good from Cameroon I have to add to your joy and relaxation of know that things are progressing most smoothly

There is a small change in venue- I assumed that the Clerk would move us towards the Inferior Court but instead our case will be heard by the Supreme Court of Ghana. Upon mutuous reflection I believe that this is a most satisfactory and pleasant development for our case. The court clerk entered your plea with the Supreme Court of Ghana and the Ruling Magistrate will be Justice W. A. Atuguba. This is excellent news because Justice Atuguba is a very fair minded Justice having grown up in extreme poverty and landed a as a scholarship as a student attending the same Law School I attended- albeit we were not commodius classmates having attended the school at differing times. Although I have not mentioned it we have prepared over 25 cases with the Supreme Court and I have successfully argued cases in front of Justice Atugaba. He will be most sympathetic to you incredulity.

Therefore having our plea and execution of the will by the Supreme Court is very auspicious and positively guarantees our success.
I have been in contact with the Barristers Duewee and they are filing papers tomorrow morning with the clerk so all should be in order.

I have read, persused and regurgitated all of the e-mails, documents and attachments from Barrister Tomidio who has been most complete, forthcoming and indignigenious with regards to your case. We are prepared, should the American Firm of Crotchit and Itchit make appeals of a ridiculous and nebulous character, to combat this most efficiously.

So there is nothing for you to worry about and you should meditate and pickelate on the good things that will flow from the bequest that will be yours soon in Accra.

There are two options for payment in Ghana and that is via Cashiers Check (which I do not recommend because of thieving dangers) and a transfer to a WU of your choice. Unlike other venues and courts in West Africa, in Ghana you can be awarded both a cashiers check and then transfer money to WU. You can decide at the end of the bequest and I can counsel you on this (my recommendation is that you wire transfer via WU all but $ 1,000 USD and keep $ 1,000 USD for the expense of your return trip home). Again we can decide this at the court with no advance paper work required so there is less of bureaucracy developments and paperworks.

The most officious and fair-minded Justice Atugaba has agreed to hear your plea on Thursday, 4 FEB at 4:00 pm (16:00) at the Supreme Court Building of Ghana. The Supreme Court is located at Independence Avenue and Kojo Thompson Road in Accra. It is located two blocks south of the Central Lorry Station off of Kojo Thompson Road and four blocks east of the railway station. Should you be arriving via the modality of air transportation any taxi cab or private driver can assist you.
The hearing itself, without appeals from Himmler, is a minor affair to the Court, and will last only about 30 minutes. My contacts at the clerk’s office will alert me should an appeal be filed by Himmler. If Himmler does not file this by Friday of this week the judge will not admit them to the hearing. So by Friday I will know whether Himmler is going to appear or not.

Be aware I have a hearing at a Regional Court in Kumasi (about 200 miles north) the day prior (Wednesday 3 FEB) and will not arrive back into Accra until well after midnight due to the lateness of the case. There is no need to worry about this because I make appeals and work cases every Wednesday in Kumasi and the roads are safe and my driver is most especious. I usually arrive back to Accra around 21:00 on Weds night. We could move the hearing date with the court, but when I inquired with the clerk he said it would probably delay the bequest hearing another three to four weeks and I am not willing to do this since we have this American Barrister firm might be trying to cause us troubles.

I also have a case at the Supreme Court that morning with Justice Brobbey so I am suggesting that we meet for an lunch at 12:00 noon at a most fine Chinese Restaurant favored by the Barrister and Justices. I should be through with my case by 11:00 am at the latest.

The restaurant is the Chinese Dynasty Cantonments Road- located just off Thompson Kojo Street and Pagan Street within 200 meters of the Supreme Court. This will allow us to relax and review the particulars once again. If the Himmler Firm of American Barristers does not appeal we should view this as a small pre celebration luncheon which I believe you will enjoy. I can send you directions from the airport, the lorry station or the Central train station (the lorry station and train station are within 200 meters or less of the restaurant and court).

As soon as you arrive in Accra you should immediately send me an e-mail via your lap top or via an internet café. This is important if there should be any changes- which I do not anticipate- but to only be safe. If you e-mail address is going to change you should let me know. As a security precaution you may want to set up a secondary e-mail should something unfortunate happen to Yahoo- therefore I would recommend you set up another e-mail account on a differing service and send that to me as well and we will check this secondary e-mail as a back up.

Finally After speaking to the clerk today regarding your case particulars and incommoding the clerk it is most apparent and viewful that we will be successful in gradutating your case to a most successful and benevolent conclusion in the utmost.

You should forthrightly print this e-mail and read it carefully and then note any questions that you may have. E-mail these to me and I will be most officially glad to respond actively to your intonations for information

I heard from Rancid this morning and papers have been filed with the Supreme Court of Ghana rather than the Inferior Court as we first thought. Barrister Ugo has been giving a hearing date which is THU 4 FEB 2010 in Accra at the Supreme Court.

As your Barrister he can provide you details of locations, and when to meet.

We suggest that you meet with the Barrister prior to the hearing. We are now transferring the money to Accra Ghana to a trust account for the estate of Raj Ashwarya per the order of Magistrate Djam. All papers have been filed with the Supreme Court of Ghana and now we simply await the hearing date.

This is my reply (oops I forgot about the restrictions on money transfer modalities) so rather than cover myself- I admit that as A Ghanian Barrister I have never handled anything but awards in Cedi and much smaller amounts:
Dear Mr. Okutue

First let me tell you that I think our case is perfectious and I don't want you to worry about
Himmler or the Bad and Neferious American Barristers who try to block you. The most insulting and rediculous charges that they have made has hurt their cause in Cameroon where the local Justice throw them out and sack them from court and apparently makes the awards early to send a message of power. So you should relax your mind as if you were in a warm summer hammock sipping a cool drink for we shall handle any modality that should arise of that you may rest assured.

I must confess one thing to you- and I want you to continue to instill in yourself confidence in me as your Barrister. Although I have argued and met with the Supreme Court over 25 Case and over 75 cases in the Inferior Courts I have never handled a case that involving such a large and gargantous and big sums of money. Most of the cases that I have won have involved CFA amounts between $ 10,000 Cedia and $ 50,000 and these were enough that we did have to concern ourselves so much with the modalities of transfers. (one Cedi is about 70% of a USD)>

One other smallish confession is that cases I have handled thus far are not including dollars but Cedi only.The reason that the bequest is being paid in US dollars (most unusual from my stand and viewpoints) is that the escrow estate of your benefactor is denominated in dollars. This is a very good thing as you know since the exchange rates and values of the Ceda would be very strenous

I hope this is not such a disappointment or worry to you in me. I will go to the clerk's office early as the rising sun to determine for the modalities of all such available fund disbursement transmutations of such large amounts and I will spend the day researching the differing modalities so that we can fully commit and recommend and ensure the safe transmutation modality for such a large case matter.

One other matter is after the transfer there will be taxes due to your local government- perhaps we can make arrangements to meet with a certified tax person who specialize in this after the bequest so that we ensure that the taxes are handled most properly. I stand ready to recommend a most qualified person to help and assit you in this matter if you wish.

However I assure and indicatificate to you that I am fully qualified to handle and ensure and transmediate the sucess of your case before the court - of this you do not have to worry yourself.

I hesitate to discuss, talk or cogitate on such a matter - but Barrister Tomidio did remind me that he will need a fund transfer from you in the amount of $ 8,625 for service rendered on the day after the bequest is awarded. So he does want to remind you that when you recieve the funds we should obtain a modality in which he has reunerated for his profound services to you. Here was my message to my lad to give him confidence that at least SOMEONE understands large fund transfers and to also reinforce that $$$$ are awaiting him:

Dear David

My brother Rancid filed the papers today prior to flying to Capetown this evening. The hearing will be at the Supreme Court and the date of the hearing will be the 4th FEB 2010 at 4:00 pm or 16:00 local time. We can provide you directions if needed.

The money was transfered today to the Guaranty Trust Bank Ghana Ltd. You will want to consult with your Barrister on how to handle the bequest. Ghana's courts are more flexible in regard to the payment. You will not have to decide ahead of time. The hearing will award you the money on the 4th of Feb with the payments made per your instruction the following day.

Although we are not your attorneys (you should consult your Barrister for advice on this) there are multiple ways to receive the money and you do not (unlike the system in Cameroon) have to limit yourself to one payment method (in other words you could use one or all of the differing modalities). Since we specialize in this we can provide you a brief overview of large funds transfers. The most common are

Bank Check (you could have the money deposited in a new account in Ghana). It would take about 3 business days for the funds to clear and then you could transfer the money via wire to your bank in Coast D Ivoire. This is expensive costing a minimum of $ 200 plus the costs of opening up an acccount that you will not use regularly (the Ghana account). The advantage is that the bank can handle large sums and you will not have to worry about cashiers checks or barer checks which can be stolen.

Western Union - this is cheapest- but WU cannot handle large transactions- and if you tried multiple smaller transactions the cost would become prohibitive and very timely. That does not mean that you could not have some of the money transferred via WU.

Cashiers Checks- this is very cheap and favored by people because it is like having the cash- only on one peice of paper. However the downside is that it is like cash. If someone were to steal it you would be unable to recover you money. Very risky and we do not recommend this unless you are trying to hide something (our view is that criminals and drug smugglers use this modality.

Cash- this will not be an option and the court will not allow this.
Direct Bank Transfer- here your provide your banking numbers and routing numbers to the Court and to our firm as the escrow holders. Within one week the money is transferred. This will cost you around $ 500. This modality takes the longest.

Remember, except for cash you can use one or all of these methods. For example you could tell the court I want 25% in a bank check, 5 % in WU transfer, 50% in Direct bank transfer and 20% in Cashiers Check.

I would again tell you that this is not advice and you should check with your Barrister on his recommendation.

Let me offer a very ceremonius yet warm introduction from me to your esteemed self.

I am Barrister Paul Ugo II son of Barrister Ugo and I transmute greeting to you in his name. Barrister Ugo had to drive to Kumasi yesterday afternoon and is expected to arrive back into Accra early tommorrow because of an extended Regional Court Hearing, which God willing and the Sun Rises we shall again win for another client and importunious plea before the Honorable Regional Court.

Barrister Ugo asked me to do three mutually exclusive things in his unlivigated abscence.

1. To research with the Clerks Office the modalities of transmuting safely and efficaciously the sums of money which you are soon to be rewarded as justice for your fine character and living. I have completed this assignment, and as a dutiful son to my Esteemed Father was instructed to report on these particular modalities which he explained to me may differ from those in which you have had previous experience- namely that of Cameroon.

The first particular is that you not choose only one modality- rather the optionated version is available to you whereby you may ponder, obfuscate and then choose any of the three with the exception of a cash payment because of recent unpleasantness of murder and robbery for individuals who left the Honorable Court with large cash sums. Therefore you may choose any combinations of payment modalities with the most common approach to specify, tell or write a percentage that you want associated with the modalities available to you. In reviewing your papers I see a most common or obstinate problems in diverting and transmuting an amount near $ 832,000 US dollars which is a most large amount. The clerk confirms that this amount is not worthy of all going to the Western Union as has been our practice since we have only dealt in amounts of thousands of Cedis which being worth only 70% of a US dollar is not a worth comparison.

Having done with this brief but clarity ridden overview here are the modalities that you may choose at the court hearing. There is no paperwork to complete before or prior to the hearing- however you should have in your brain a thinking of which you will choose so you are not apprehended at the last moment and making a decision that you should somehow, in a small modest way forget. Here are the modalities among with you may choose at the court house:

Particular A: Bank check written to you which could be depostited in your bank. Alternatively we have learned that it might be wise to open an account in Accra at the account from which the funds are coming from which is the Guaranty Trust Bank of Ghana. However this particular modality is rather expensive (according the clerk it will cost you the equivalent of $ 295 US dollars) and will take 2-3 days. The clerk recommends this modality- but it will leave you with no cash until the check clears.

Particular B- Cashiers Check- we do not recommend this to our clients and colleagues at the normality. However in as much as you may have expenses that you wish to conjugate out you may consider taking a small portion of the payment in this modality. The positive and most beneficient part of this modality is that it is the same as cash, at least in Ghana. The very horrible fact is that if you were to be robbed or homicided it would be lost forever because the Cashiers Check is like cash. So our recommendation humbly submitted is that a small or very speculous amount be made in this modality/

Particular C- Western Union- I admit most embarrasment for my father and our firm for this is the modality we most often ramificate with our out of country clients. The most specious advantage of this particular modality is that the money can be transmuted instaneously. But given the mountain of cash the WU would only be able to handle multiple transmutations to differing localaties resultalating in an extreme amount of time and cost even were this possible given the large summation.

Particular D- Is a Direct Wire Transfer from the Guaranty Trust Bank of Ghana to your most specific account in Abidijan. This would involve transmuting your bank account information to either my father or I ahead of your trip so that the wiring could take place. However it is most expensive and the money would be in Abidijan not in Accra.

Let me also tell you that I check with the Clerk to see if the notorious and credulous Barristers from Itchit and Crotchit have lodged an appeal at this timing of the week. The specific and most curt answer from the clerk was no. Unless the lodging and request is made by Friday at 5:00 pm (17:00) the court will not hear an appeal. My father said that you were insulated in the most about this possibility so I was to check and report to you on this matter.

Finally he reminds you of some other particulars which he asks me to tranmorgate to you:

1.He will at a late afternoon hearing in Kumasi on Weds prior to your court hearing. His driver will have him back to Accra on Weds evening very late. Unfortunatetly we have a hearing at the Supreme Court for 8:30 on Thursday morning- so this will be most taxing on my father but the hearing date for you if not set for this Thursday would be delayed a month and with the American Barristers for Himmler prowling he was unwilling to not take this date of 4 Feb this Thursday.

2. He request that you set up an alternative e-mail account should something happen with your service. You should transmit this to this e-mail account.

3. You should bring your lap top for both a hardwire connection in hotel or internet Cafe- or a wireless card so we can maintain instant communication on your arrival. This is in case their are any last minute forms we need to morgify. If you are not bring lap top because of theiving concerns on your journey you should go to internet cafe as soon as you arrive and use the most commodius and available service to notify us via the e-mail system.

4. We are going to meet at noon (12:00) at a restuarant within walking distance of the court for a most comodius lunch at Chinese Dynasty Cantonments Road- located just off Thompson Kojo Street and Pagan Street within 200 meters of the Supreme Court. This will give us time to relax.

Finally my Father believes that barring any appeal from the Himmler Lawyer that the award will be yours within 30 minutes of opening of the hearing.

However Ghana is much more organized that Cameroon- the courts being the most efficient in West Africa modeled on the British system and we do not anticipate any changes. However we always suggest that as soon as you arrive that you send me an e-mail message confirming the arrival in Accra.

Most hotels will have wireless connections- however if you are not bringing your laptop (which if you are coming by motor coach I would discourage because of robberies) you may want to visit an internet cafe of which there are many in Accra.

Busy day for me in the real world- but things were also working for my lad in the world I have created for him (well to be fair a number of vets helped me in the creation of! Confused

I sen this from my pretend Barrister today at lunch (about 5:30 pm Accra time)

I was at the clerks office this afternoon waiting until after 5:00 pm and I am happy to confirm that no American Barrister's have filed a lodgement to challenge and opinionate your claim to a bequest of the estate of the late Raj Ashwarya. This is very pleasant news for everyone and especially you. We believe that the drubbing and sacking from Court that they experienced in Douala have shown them that there is nothing but bad things that they would experientiate in the court room in Accra. So this is very esteiminational news for yourself.

Therefore we now can quickly enumerate that the hearing will move forward on this Thursday, the next, being 4 February 2010 at 4:00 pm or 16:00 sharp time at the Supreme Court of Douala with no questions to answer other than the documentaional that I describe in clear deliniation below under 1 and 2.

For your conferenment the following will be required and also neccessary as part of the hearing

1. Identification that proves you to be your self also with a valid photo of your likeness imprinted into the card. This can be a national identification card, a residency card issued through a diplomatic embassy or the equivalent of such a imprecious document with a governmental seal.

2. You must present and equivocate yourself in person swearing upon a Holy Bible. I believe in the claim formations that I received from Duewee Cheetum and Howe and the recordations that they have of you that you are a Christian Man of religion. I shall be in Kumasi arriving on Tuesday 2nd Feb on legal matters before the regional court on Wednesday 3rd Feb and will leaving the Hearings late afternoon and my driver will be bringing me back to Accra late the night of Wedsnesday 3rd Feb (this is a normality for my schedule having legal matters every Wednesday) before the Honorable Regional Court.

I see upon reviewing of my e-mail that I made a small mistake in the e-mail that I sent you just previously and please forgive me for this small error which I hope and pray caused you no concern. I wrote in the previous e-mail sent you this afternoon that the the money is "not" in escrow in Ghana. I inadvertently, and most inappropriately, typed the word "not" when it should have been the word "now".

I humbly beg your wonderful pardon for this inexplicable mistake on my part. Let me reiterate that: "I have confirmed that the money for your bequest is NOW in the escrow account in Ghana awaiting court confirmation and payment. "
So please forgive me for this unprecimated mistake in my typing modality.

Let me make your mind at ease as a lambs with regards to anyone appealing especially these American Barristers that Barrister Tomidio alerted us to:

I do also want to confirm that there is NO lodgement of complaint from Himmler and the American Barristers today at the court as it closes at 5:00 pm. My father asked me to stay at the clerks office in the ante chamber sitting upon a chair from the opening at 8:30 until the closing at 5:00 pm (17:00) today. Although there was much trafficing of legal peoples for pleas- there was no American Barristers and at 2 minutes prior to shutting the barred window gate I approach the head clerks window (who we know from doing much legal filing at the court) and I asked him if there have been any lodging of appealation with regards to your case from anyone including a Firm of American Barristers. The clerk (Chief Clerk George Mensa employed at the court for 20 years) then looked closely at all of the entries this week and then at your case folder, this taking him about five minutes past the official closing time as a favor to me, and he smile and say "no- there is not a lodgement of appeal and the timing is that no lodgement can be filed now."

The reason is that any appealation of a plea must be filed four days or more from the day of a plea hearing. So this is why today was the utmost deadline for our case- to be in precision about these matters. I can assure you that the reputation of the Ghana courts is most strict with regards to these rules and regulations on matters like this in the extreme.

To summarize your worry with regards to someone contesting your bequest on evil grounds are over and the courts in Ghana are stalwort against any attempt at rule breaking or bribery as is common in some other less unctious countries. There is great pride of peoples in our government and our rule keeping in Ghana which is why we amongst all peoples were honored by a visit from the now African President of the USA the Right Honorable Barack Obama who in his speech (which I saw in person) praised Ghana as a beacon of truth and democracy to Africa. Forgive for my pride in our Country but I say this only to give you great confidence in the awards of justice from our courts to you.

With regards to the payment modalities my recommendation is that you print these out and bring them with you- there is a slight amount of paperwork at the court in which you will select these percentages and we will file these with the court that day. The next morning will will then proceed to the bank with the execution in which the disbursement shall be made as you wished and stated at the court hearing. There is no forms to be submitted prior to the court hearing to be clear on this.

I have been practicing in my father's firm for 8 years, and have argued now 10 cases, in Inferior Court by myself and one (this past year being my first) before the Supreme Court of Ghana. I am aged 34 years old having followed my father, through his blessings and help into the law practice.

The Bank account is not mine it is for a close friend of mine so the court send the money into the account which I will forward I will recieve the money in Nigeria without any problem I hope this is ok by you as I don't have a Bank account of mine.

Dear David

Thank you for your e-mail message and I confirm receipt there of. Both modalities are acceptable and the Direct Bank Transfer is the safest modality and the cheapest so with 95% to the bank and 5% Western Union this is a very good choice although you should consult with your Barrister and I would recommend you have a tax expert work with you (we can recommend one in Accra if you wish to meet with them).

With regards to Wire Transfer although you have transmitted this to us- be sure to print out all correspondence and bring it with you so that we are sure that the modalities are complete. Also you should transmit this banking information to your Barrister if you have not already done so.

All is set Rancid flew to Capetown today from Accra- the money is in Escrow and awaiting the jurisdiction and execution of the court.

We do not expect any problems. All papers are with Barrister Paul Ugo and Rancid confirmed with the clerk that all is in order for the hearing on Thursday this coming week.

Rancid will be arriving early morning via South African Airways from Johannsburg South African on Thursday arriving at 6:45 am. If you are flying into Accra that morning you could meet Rancid at the airport before he heads to the Court Building.

We will meet you and your Barrister in the Ante chamber of the Supreme Court in Accra at 2:00 pm. The hearing will be at 4:00 pm sharp. The court is very proper and punctual and fair minded.

Rancid checked with Barrister Ugo's son on this morning to confirm all details of the schedule. THe Barrister's son Barrister Paul Ugo II was at the Clerks Office of the court all day today and Rancid met with him there today.

All is set for your hearing. I know that you may be feeling some anxiety- but this is a most routine matter for the court and for our firm. Your Barrister is well known to us as is his young son so you are in very good hands.

Many thanks - you should print out the bank account information as a safeguard and bring it with you. Rancid will be in Capetown Monday and Tuesday completing the award for the final four beneficiaries (other than you) and he will be traveling to Johannseburg on Weds morning from whence he will fly on South African Airways flight 60 which departs Johannsburg just prior to midnight on Wednesday night and will be arriving at the airport at 6:45 in the morning in Accra.

Once you are arrived into Accra you should send me an e-mail as well as your Barrister posting your e-mail.

I did confirm with your Barrister's son that no lodgement of appeal has been made and according to Ghanian Statutes the deadline is for lodging of protests is four days or more prior to a hearing. So the time has now passed for such a thing.

As a reminder you must bring proof of Identification. Without this proof it will not matter what your Barrister says to anyone. This is a most important point.

We will be meeting you and your Barrister at 2:00 pm in the antechamber of the Supreme Court in Ghana. It is right off of the main road in Accra Kofu Thompson. I believe that Barrister Paul Ugo has told Rancid that you, he, his son and your tax expert will be meeting prior to this very close to the Supreme Court.

At 2:00 pm we will review the identifications, let you review the papers regarding how the payment modalities are to be made and then we will wait for the clerk to show us to the court. Your Barrister knows how important it is to be on time which is one of the reasons we will be giving ourselves two hours before our hearing.

This is an Internet Cafe in Abidijan.

IN discussing this with Vets it seems like Ghana Internet Cafes use a sattelite connections- so I may have problems- with showing Ghana- as the IP location- however thus far my lad's IP have all been Abidijan and apparently three Cafes. He has never shown a Sattelite type IP so if his location on Weds or Thu show sattelite I think it is a 99% probability he has moved.
As mentioned in my update on post 1 my intention was to have the money stolen and Rai the daughter of the late Raj Ashwarya show up on Lagos to move him further south,

But Mr Scissorkick a vet and most excellent baiter sent me a great idea which is to have my lad Storm the Supreme Court in Accra convinced he is late for his hearing and bequest for which if he does not make the hearing on time he will lose his money.
Technicall I suppose this is a burn- but the upsides in terms of interest and seeing what happens are to great to pass up
