All you have to do is sign up. I'm not too crazy about the bird's eye view perspective but it's a decent enough game to play.

A little advice, use the knife. The gun only brings out more zombies. Take a stab and back up. The zombie's strikes will miss you.

If you have key scrambler, you'll need to turn it off during game play.

I chose a police officer. I figured he would have a gun and he did. Did you get the pen knife? Have you noticed the fat zombies take longer to kill?

My character, I know policemen have tailored uniforms but mine are skintight Laughing

This survival tutorial sucks. I keep dying?? I don't have my rolling Monster Truck of Death? No AR-15? No SPAS?

I am currently dispatching zombies with a bloody pen-knife. Frickin' pen-knife? I have swords, body-armour, Kevlar Tactical Assault helmet, crow-bars, baseball bats and a bloody .44Mag and a Beretta 84FS and 1000 rounds... Is any of these items in my survival simulator? Noooooooo...

Edit: Oh now I have two pen-knives. Look out zombie horde I a whirling dervish of pain... Rolling Eyes

You have to buy weapons. You get money by killing zombies and looting. Be sure to put your money in the bank because if you don't you lose it when you die.

I'm level 6 now. Complete with Pen-knife, and now Pistols and found a shotgun. I'm all good now. Very Happy

Here is my character.

I lost my pants. I was playing around with the discard bin and wondered if it were possible to move non-essential items like pants to the discard bin, and if you could get them back. Well, you can't. So I'm running around killin' zombies without pants. At least it's airy...

Very Die Hard-esque.

I chose Fireman. The ax is quite nice... though it is called "damaged ax."
Hopefully it's mental damage that makes it impervious to remorse.

Okay, some tips:

1. Wear pants.
2. Don't go too far into zombie territory without some heavy firepower.
3. Keep items like 'Claw Hammer', 'Wooden Planks' & 'Nails'... it may seem silly but when you do go into town you can barricade yourself in a dependable position and pick them off.
4. DON'T DIE DEEP IN ZOMBIE TERRITORY. Frickin' lose your money, experience and your pants.

If anyone wants ammo and guns, I have an arsenal now. Just like a good zombie hunter should. PREPARE PEOPLE! BE PREPARED!!!

I got the box set of Alien vs Predator for Christmas: all the alien films, predator films and the cross-over films. So with the girls out yesterday I sat down to watch the only one I hadn't seen yet - AvP2.

It's a zombie movie with slime and shoulder-cannons. It's not even a particularly good zombie movie.
