lengthy affadavit to get Joey B out of jail- just to keep things going.

Working on a bank transfer with the mods
right now that I will also flash- hoping my

Cameroon - and reinforcement of the fact
that he gets 4% and also need to elicit e-mail from him in Nigeria proving he has changed locations:

I need to reinforce the fact that he will
not have to pay ANY court costs- just make
the oh so easy 1500 kilometer trip to Douala Cameroon:

Thank you for the pleasure of your reply.
We affirm your acknowledgement that you will
receive 4% of the bequest after court costs and legal fees are paid.

To answer your question you will have no out of
pocket fees associated with the payment of the bequest.

The bank can deduct the cost of the Western Union
wire transfer from your payment. We can also
arrange for money you may owe your attorney for
any legal fees to be wired to directly to the bank
account of your Barrister , which I am assuming is
Michael Tomidio. But of course he must agree to
take your case on the promise that you will pay him
after the estate is settled. That is between you and
your Barrister and I would urge you to ensure he has agreed to such.

The court cost are being settled out of the total
amount of the estate.This means that you will not
have any out of pocket expenses (related to court
costs, your own attorney costs, or wire transfers)
until after the bequest has been settled.

Our own costs are paid out of the estate settlement
prior to the remaining amount being divided by the
twenty five claimants, of whom you are one.

So you will have no expenses related to the bequest
until after the court settlement (assuming that your
attorney has agreed to wait until after the court has
paid you to obtain his fees from you). So you will
not have to pay anyone any money until after the court pays you.

and he will be forwarding a form that you will
need to complete to allow him to represent you
at the hearing. When you fill out the form you
should send a copy to both Barrister Tomidio
and to me. This will prove that you are engaging
Barrister Tomidio on your own. The court
sometimes worrys that Barrister's force
themselves on unsuspecting clients in order to collect fees.

So once you get to Nigeria- fill out the form that
will be sent to you by Barrister Tomidio and send
a copy back to Barrister Tomidio and to me. This is
important so that both firms can present the form
independently to the court on your behalf.

My brother Rancid will also be contacting you. He is
currently in Capetown completing arrangements
there and will be flying back to Douala later this week.

I sent this this morning from Michael Duwee(me) to my
lad- mainly because I have Barrister Tomidio (also me)
in a G-mail account and it is not so easy to pull
an IP off G-mail as the e-mail system I
am using for Michael Duewee. I want to make him
reply to me when he gets to Nigeria so I can
confirm the change in location. If he goes to
Nigeria then he will have traveled across
three countries (not counting Ivory Coast)
about 800 kliks- for those of you in North
America this is the equivalent of traveling
from Chicago to Omaha.

Okay- so here is the e-mail (the form is PDF so
I cannot attach it easily - it has a pretty nifty
seal of Cameroon- but I have pasted the contents
here in dark red following):

Barrister Tomidio contacted our firm asking
us to obtain the form allowing him to represent

My lad has been out of touch for about 18 hours and
vets have told me that given the length of his journey by
bus that it will take him at least 40 hours to get from Abidijan to
Lagos. So hearing from him, unless he was pinging me from
Togo or Benin would not be a good thing.

Apparently the coastal road in Benin in Togo is not only
malarial infested but is over run with gangs that will
routinely ruff up, rob, rape and kill the travelers.

I wonder if he bought travel insurance?

The advice from the vets is if you cannot
get him to Douala (granted it was a long shot)
at least try to get a safari of 200 klicks going.

So rather than call him on his lie
(very tempting) I send him this:

Dear David

I am sorry to hear of your problems. Unfortunately
as you know we cannot help you with funds. Without you
being present at the hearings we have problems-
and I doubt that Barrister Tomidio is going to
send you money without a prior relationship.

What we might be able to do is to plead your case
with Magistrate Djam to allow us to move the case to
Accra Ghana where we have jurisdiction.

You will need to send the form of representation request
immediately. I will get in touch with Barrister Tomidio

to see if he will plead you case with Magistrate Djam in
order to see if he will allow your particular case to be moved to
Accra Ghana where we have registrations.
What we could do is to have you pay us $ 20,000 out of your
settlement when the bequest is awarded.
But we will need to move quickly to have the papers sent to us
to Barrister Tomidio so we can get in front of Magistrate
Djam on Friday or Monday. I am not sure if this will work.

Then we will have to arrange for a Barrister for you in Ghana.
If this works you will pay Barrister Tomidio his fee you
agreed on, pay us $ 20,000 and pay the attorney we arrange
you.

We have no registration in either Togo or Ivory Coast or Nigeria, so
if you cannot make the trip to Accra Ghana then I am afraid all is over
for you.

Please respond the quickest possible. But remember you MUST
send the representation request for for Barrister Tomidio to both
me and Barrister Tomidio

Dear Mr. OKutue
I am so sorry to hear about your recent unpleasantness
regarding criminal activities. I can only hope that you
have reported this most unfortunate incident to the
civil authorities to that they might take prompt actions.

I am afraid I will be unable to assist you in funding
your activities since
we have no prior relationship. I think you might
understand that if I begin sending money to every
person who I serve who has misfortune that
I might find myself destitute on the side of the road begging coins.

This would be highly unsplendifirous if I were
to peruse such a course of action.

Fortunately I have exchanged e-mails with Attorney
Rancid Duewee and his
esteemed brother Attorney Michael Duewee and they
propose that I plead
a jurisdiction move because of hardship to Accra Ghana with the magistrate.

I have a relationship with the magistrate and the Duewees have certification with the
court in Ghana- so we might be able to get Magistrate Djam to agree to this.

MIRACULOUSLY my lad makes it back to Abidijan,
so so he says, from his supposedly aborted bus trip to
Nigeria. Of couse the lying sack of shit never left
Abidihan, as we all know from my IP trace on him.
So we follow the now familiar pattern - I ask him
to something outrageous (this time a 1500 klick
safari) he agrees and then balks with some bull
shit excuse- then ask him to do something not as hard (this time a 250 klick safari) and he agrees to do it. But will he???

FOr those that are patient enough to read this CF of a bait this far may remember that my Lad thinks that one of his first contacts - who helped him get a job with my made up company was Joey Buttafooco (also me of course).

Joey, if you give a damn (my Lad does not seem to!) is supposedly rotting away in prison being raped by thugs while he awaits his trial scheduled on Monday where he is to be tried for manslaughter in the death of IRA TAnt (if you don't know don't ask me) and fraud malfeasance etc.

So I have been having Mr. Harry Balls (me) who worked with Joey (me) communicating with my lad about this- having sent him last week (if you can remember this) a hellaciously long affadavit which my lad after PROMISING to help his supposed friend has not completed and ignored.

Lets see if I can get my lad (I doubt it ) to complete yet another long as form:

Oh this is sweet- here is my lad who thinks he is writing to his brand new Barrister in Cameroon (me of course) who is pleading to have his bequest hearing moved to Ghana from Cameroon- and son of a bitch- my lad retells the entire bait to the lawyer- with an e-mail thread that must have taken him two to three hours to peice together (frankly I am not sure I could go back and reconstruct this bait).

Sweet Mother of Mary in a hotel, my lad is in hook line and sinker and cannot tell his asshole from his nose at this point. So below is the entire e-mail he sent Michael Tomidio (his new Barrister) and he has cut and paste of all the e-mails I sent him from my differing characters to explain his story to the Barrister. So we can actually see what he THINKS is actually happening... and the sequence of the entire bait- of course leaving out the part where he tried to scam a 21 year old college student! To help the reader I have put his current comments in RED and the e-mails from me in green (Christ in an elevator I have actually written this many e-mails?):

The results of this review have confirmed my suspicions that you are also a criminal worthy of punishment and imprisonment because of your attempts to defraud our company.

The application that you submitted has the Name Reverend John Edwards typed at the top. This is clear evidence of your wish to defraud us and pretend to be Reverend Edwards when you were actually named Okutue. I have attached the first page of the application you submitted.

We seized control of the e-mail accounts of Mr Buttafooco and Ms Tant and these e-mails show that you not only failed to submit proper photographs on Time but that Ms Tant illegally edited these after the deadline and then mislead the committee. We are suing Mr Buttafooco and Ms Tant for these and other infractions and hope to ruin their lives and ensure that they go to jail and that their lives are ruined forever

In Ms Tant’s e-mails we found clear evidence that you were using your charming and criminal charms to influence her to make decisions on your work. This amount was supposed to be split evenly by the twenty or so consultants, with an amount paid to each consultant of $ 880,000.

However we have clear evidence that Mr Ashwarya, because of problems with his daughter was mentally unstable when he wrote this will. Here is what we need from you and an e-mail reply is all that is needed.
