Well I think its obivous im New To this Site But here it goes
I got a email address 4rm a guy I kno dont kno how long ago any way my friend Pasted away.The email address is [email protected] ..but he told me bout this guy who pays you to be a secret shopper @ certain stores anyway I give the guy my info.. He said he wanted me to check out a western union location..and give him a status report on the service and he wanted me 2 western union a guy in the U.K the money I think London well anyway he told me 2 deposit the money into my account and withdraw it and i can take 200$ out of the amount so im Like cool im a college student I need the xtra dough. Now Some things came up and i couldnt get the money to him on yester day or today i told him and he said if I was able to give it to him today i can deduct a xtra 100$ which will be a total of 300$..only because the report is needed tonite He texts me 4rm a 92466502 number..and he calls me block..any answers |

Hi Polo20,
Yes, definitely a scam. If you cash the cheque and send the money you'll find that in a few day your bank will call and tell you that the cheque is no good. So you'll have to pay back the bank andyou'll also be out the money that you sent away.
Just ignore this guy, he has your real life details so don't mess with him. |

I ask jeeves about the number he texted me 4rm..becuz i couldnt get in contact with him and somewhere on the link i clicked it said something bout a 419 scam |

Polo: Do not send him any money. Tell him you know it is a scam and then completely ignore him. Please do read the information about the scam that I linked to in my other post, it explains it. Also, if you deposited checks or money orders from him into your bank account, contact your bank as soon as possible and notify them that they are fraudulent. |

I read it and it was exactly the same stuff he sent me. So im def anit gonna pay him any attention even though i gave him my real name and address..and i was wondering wats Fraudulent |

If you deposited fraudulent money orders or checks into your account, they will be determined as fraudulent and you will be held responsible. Please notify your bank that they are fraudulent. You can be held legally responsible as well as financially responsible and notifying them about it should show that you are a victim, not willingly committing fraud.
Edit: Fraudulent = Fake. |
