I just got an interesting one, looks like a blanket "this guy is ok" email. It lists a bunch of names considered "Hooligans" and states only those on the list below are "legitimately sanctioned" loan officers in Nigeria!

Weird. I guess you've come across an unusually large organization of lads, if they have this many banker lads working together. If that's the case, just giving you all their emails in a list is one of the stupidest things a lad could do!
Opens up some interesting mass bait ideas (sending the same email to all those on his list, convincing half the lads on that list that the other half chopped their dolla, etc.)   |

My exact opinion. When the email arrived, I thought, what is this! I have recieve an email of certification before for this lad but it was from his bank president. Nothing on this scope. This might even be a single lad operating under multiple aliases. If it is s/he is pretty clever. |

Was this from the chairwoman of the EFCC, Mrs. Farida Waziri?
I may have an idea of who this lad is, if that is the case.
If it is from him, then yes, at least 3 of those listed 'safe bankers' are him.

The bait published in my sig is "the chairwoman of the EFCC, Mrs. Farida Waziri", and yes "she" had a cast of other characters standing by to bring in.
