I have been pounding a lad for a bank account so I can transfer $6000 to him. He whines and complains and wants a WU payment sent to Nigeria. I tell he now way as I got scammed once using WU. So he comes up with this gem. Laughing

I imagine Antarctica can probably claim to be (419) scam-free, but only just. But Romania?!

i didn't see in his email that he is willing to consider a bank payment.
are you sure he isn't still asking for a w.u. payment, but sent to romania instead of nigeria?
that would suit him just as well, since he knows [but thinks you don't] that the address is irrelevant.

and 'romania [...] free from scam'? definitely he has a sense of humour

This mental giant is now working on SS and it only took him six plus hours to get logged in and answer 20 questions. Turns out his biggest problem was that he could not spell his own name correctly and then he could not find the code which was in an attachement to his email. Laughing
