and would just like to introduce myself. I have at least 12 lads in my pool at the moment and have selected 2 that I have thrown the bait to. As soon as one jumps on the hook, I will let you guys know. I hope I can manage this but I will always ask for guidance.

The thread on payment delaying tactics by Frumpy is also a must-read.
It may take a while to get a mentor assigned. In the mean time just start slowly on 2 or 3 straight baits to get a feel for it. Joining in on a mass bait is also a good opportunity to learn and play.
