Hello!
I'm new, but unfortunately losing my house (and internet access)...however I loathe these scammers.
I posted an ad on craigslist selling off some of my audio equipment, and received a generous offer from a money order scammer.
After answering yes to, "Are you still selling your item?" (I'm selling multiple items in one listing), I received a reply as follows:
Hi
Thanks for the response.I am willing to pay your asking price.I will pay by money order as its the only way i can pay you at the moment.I will make arrangement for the pick-up after payment have been received by you. I dont mind adding an extra twenty dollars so you can keep it in my favor.Reply with your full name,cell phone number,and address where payment should be sent.Please take the posting off craigslist today and consider it sold to me. Expecting to hear from you soon.

If anybody wants to accept my donation of a scammer, their e-mail is [email protected] (and name is Sandra Thomas). The subject is "High End Equipment", adding craigslist after would probably help, but you guys are the experts. |

Hi MSAM, and welcome. Can you post the email that you recieved with headers? Be sure to XXXX out your email address.
I'm sure your scammer will get some much needed attention.  |
