This treat. I was going to add him to my mass-insult queue before I caught that something special that made me want to reach out to him in a more meaningful way:

1. There is no Prague Palace in Central London (not that I can find anyway)
2. Since Prague is the capital of Czech, it smells like lad geography.
3. The postcode is invalid.
4. Compaq is nothing to do with Microsoft. It was an independent company in the 80's and 90's, and merged with Hewlett-Packard in 2001. It is a hardware company, and made some of the first PCs outside IBM.
5. "Incorporation" is the bastard child of Mr Corporation and Miss Incorporated.

Surprisingly, it is indeed Compaq's 27th anniversary.

I think it was probably number 4 that Wal1yR thought particularly incredible.

^^^ Indeed, when I saw the "Compaq Microsoft Incorporation" I immediately chuckled, and then the Prague Palace in London bit put it over the top.

My theory is that lads with a format this bad are probably easier to bait.

Just don't correct him - the postcode is one of those warning beacons that should make any UK victims suspect something fishy, the Compaq/MS should see to anyone in a technology field, the Incorporation to pretty much anyone with a business background, etc.

^^^ Oh absolutely. I look at baiting as a form of improv comedy in some ways, and the first rule of improv is to always agree with what the other person says. So if he works for "Compaq Microsoft Incorporation" and has a seven-digit postcode, great! I can work with that.
