Received a flyer inside box from Amazon. Vistaprint has very dodgy ratings and some consider it purely a scam (rubbish product, automatic enrollment at £10 per month without ability to stop payments/membership). Looks like they might even print fake checks having searched the forum for their name.

I was very unhappy with Amazon and told them so! I have now received this:

Vistaprint are a perfectly legitimate printing company, and they run frequent free/heavily discounted offers to get new business. I've used them a few times, they work exactly as described.

They do have an extra stage one you've gone past the payment confirmation stage to try to hook you into some stupid discount plan or something, and this may be what you're referring to, but vistaprint.com are just a printing company and there's no obligation to join any schemes.

There seem to be many complaints about the promotions Club offered at vistaprint. Some people claim they were signed up without their knowledge/consent. Many people seem to have experienced difficulties contacting vistaprint in order to stop the monthly payments. There seems to have been more than the usual number of problems/complaints although, as you say, some people have nothing at all to complain about.
