I got this lad to call me at my cell phone. Question

This is the number that comes up on my cell phone: +34634088057

I looked up the first 3 numbers thinking it's the country code and wikipedia says it is for Cayman Islands.

He talked to me for 6:38 and I told him that I couldn't understand what he was saying because I had bad reception, so I asked him to email me whatever he said and that I would read it and then I will ask him to call me again.

How can I stall him enough so that he spends a lot of money on international calls?

^^ Nope. +34634088057 is a Spanish mobile number on the Vodafone Espa network. He may be in Spain, or he may be elsewhere with that phone and number.

One way, perhaps not the best, to keep him on the phone is to ask where he is (he may lie to you, but it doesn't matter) and then ask him to hold whilst you "check his location" on your computer (simulate the clicking of keys). Keeping him on the line may not deplete his finances, since he may be using a stolen credit card to finance the call.

Oh, ok. Got it. He emailed me all that he was trying to tell me over the phone yesterday. I read it already but I wont reply today. I will give it a few days and then reply to him.
