I just got two emails. And I think I managed to trace the IP to Sunnyvale USA. On an earlier email, his IP showed up as London... Am I dealing with several people? I think so... sometimes.

Delaying tactics - lets see your dad is the one paying the money right?

1. His car broke down on way to WU and rescue service took 1 hour to come and once the car was fixed he went to office but it was closed.

2.He met an old friend on the bus, on his way to WU office, who was down on his luck and gave him the money instead. So now he has to wait until pension day to get money for Sgt Dawn.

3. Woman in WU was rude to him so he left in a huff.

4. WU told him security forms had to be filled in. He lost them on the way home, or the dog ran off with them.

5. His own bank said he was overdrawn and could not have the cash.

6. Dad lost the piece of paper with Sgt Dawn's details.

7. Dad had an accident on the way to WU and was taken to ER and was not released in time to go to WU.

8. Dad was robbed on the way to WU! and will never use them again - go for bank account?

Oh!!! I love the Bank Account method!!! That way you can wreak more havock on him and who ever is the Account holder, a 2 fer one deal!!! This gets the account holder very upset with scamma man!!
