Due to the fact that I have accumulated over $100k in student loans thus far, and I have 2.5 years left, I am definitely going to make sure RL comes first. Private medical schools are sooooo expensive! But the good news is that 6th and 7th quarters are really easy compared to this quarter, so I hope to jump into scambaiting within a month or so.

Just joined think the site is great.
I have at the moment 4 scammers that have sent me PM's on windows live, but i will not do anything about them until i have read all that I need to

No need to worry about making a fool of yourself, we all do that here. Wink

Please do bait safely, however. If the scammers have contacted you on an account connected to your real life you should dump them or start over with them from a safe/anonymous account. There are plenty of scammers to bait, just have a look in our surplus forum.

Generally what i do is send a reply telling them to go away in large font swearie language !

I have ben doing this for years! I was checking a new target, and when I googled the name and email I ran into this site. I have used the same email for years, I will forward the targets from my real ones, I will then play with them.
The best one was from England, after they sent me the fake checks, I got an email from the FBI (fake of course). I still have it. I read it and find news mistakes. I laugh my butt off!
I would love to load it up here for you to see! Idea

I have even used the monicker of Master C. Baiter!!

Hi everyone, my name is Simon (paythecourier) and I have just joined, I have been annoying the scammers for some time now but after looking around this site I can see that I am a novice. I dont feel bad about this as the people we are up against would fleece our parents and grandparents of there last £10 given the chance. I live in Scotland. Hope to hear from some of you guys.

I found the site after being on the receiving end of a Nigerian EBay scam. I used to find these things amusing and wondered how anyone ever gets sucked in...

Although I didn't fall for the scam, it has irritated me, due to ruining my auction for a fairly high value item...

So here I am, armed with multiple new personas...

I'll be sure to check out the mentor section and other bits and bobs.

Hello Everyone!!
I found this site a few days ago, signed up, and now I can't seem to
get enough of those "Archive Letters". Talk about some hilarious sh$t.

I've already read a lot of the FAQ's, tips etc. I got two bogus email
accounts started, hit the guestbooks, and BAM, I came home from work
to find 3 scams in my inbox.

One's some gal (allegedly) who liked my "profile". Huh? What profile?
Not sure where that one's gonna lead. Any tips?

The other two are standard fare. Can't wait to see how this progresses.
I might need some help soon on Photoshop, and phony documents, etc.

I am a final year Uni student, and doing my dissertation/research on internet scams! So this website will prove useful methinks. We shall be using 419 letters in our pilot study,and may use them in our main study too.

Have been reading the letters archive, and I have actually laughed out loud! Shiver Metimbers, you're amazing! I have just come across the Monty Python 'Dead Parrot' video and have been howling with laughter. I'm so glad to see these heartless scammers get their comeuppance. Please continue the good work everyone!
