It would appear that a Nigerian based lad is running a French based scammer.

Some nice camera sites... the Bridge comes from a site with a large list of Parisienne[sp?] web cams - some good, some not so, but lots of options.
I'll get my Map of Paris out and see if I can't get the lad on a runaround... |
