Ok even in Minnesota, snow sticking on October 12th is just too weird. This is my backyard this morning.

Where I live it is not right when its dropping down to the 40s and upper 30s at night here in the south in the middle of october. I wonder where the global warming is.

It's not called "global warming" anymore. It's "climate change."

For some areas it's a good thing. We're finally getting rain in Southern California. Of course, people in areas that have recently burned are a little worried about mudslides, but why did they build in a place that was likely to burn and then slide away in the first place, instead of a nice urban area surrounded by concrete?

My dad says to think of climate change like a pot of water as it's coming to a boil. The convection gets all crazy so the temperatures in different parts of the pot vary widely. So today the unseasonable highs in Tampa are helping this blob of Arctic air to sink further south than normal.
