Can this be reported to US-CERT even though it appears to be hosted in France? I am going to go ahead and do that... but I won't change the state to "reported" because I am not sure.

Hi Harry, we don't deal with phishing sites in this forum, only sites used for advance fee fraud. It's good to report these to get them shut down but you don't need a thread at Eater for doing so (nor is there a sig icon). Usually, the fastest way to get them shut down is to report them to the company being spoofed, in this case it's paypal. Forward the whole email, with headers, to [email protected]. They may have a way to report phishing sites on their site as well. After you've seen this I'll move the thread out of this forum.
