G-mail Manager Probl;em ?

Anyone having a problem having a problem with (FF add on) G-mail Manager. ?

I accepted an update the other day, and now I just get the G-mail logon page (pre-filled with account name but not the password) when I use it rather than taking me straight into my account.

I got a message saying <"Google Mail is temporarily unable to access your Contacts. You may experience issues while this persists"> and it's taking 3 times as long as normal to log on. Crying or Very sad

^^^^^ I've been getting that one for the last two hours or so. A gmail problem methinks

I think that that the problem with G-mail Manager (which is a Fire Fox Extension) is a separate issue and started sometime ago with the last update.

I had the same since yesterday.
It seems that gmail manager fails with FF 3.5.3, because a modification of the login protocol from Gmail or something.
We'll have to wait that the gmail manager developer solves the problem...

that's odd. I just tried to log in using google chrome's password manager and had no issues whatsoever!

It seems to be specific to Firefox

This morning, mine will work fine on a US IP (I'm using Hide IP), but not on my own/real UK one.

I managed to log in with Firefox (am using v3.5.3). I am in Oztraylia would that make a difference perhaps? I download the gmail manager add on, added some accounts and it worked fine

It works fine with the patch Very Happy

Edit:
I meant that it does as written: I can now see there are new messages.
But the auto login is still failing.
If it annoys you, you can get back to the last version working with FF 3.5.3, which is 0.5.7.3

G'mail works fine for me, using Google Chrome. My problem is when I left click on username, I can only get six accounts names in the drop down menu, and if the name I want isn't there to click on I have to type the new name in, and it doesn't record on the list..

Fastmail works really well, that will load the next name on your list, when you click 'logout"
