Is there an anti-tranny law in Nigeria?

Now, I was aware that being gay is a dangerous thing in Nigeria, especially in the states where Sharia is practised, but are there any specific statutes forbidding transvestitism?

If anyone can point me in the direction of the details of any such law I would appreciate it.

The reason I ask is one of my lads just sent me this:

MY character in RL's a bit of both! (though having passed away in 1990 in RL, an arrest would be difficult at best)

My character is simply a cross dresser. He's already an art collector, entrepeneur, world traveler, drug dealer, and will soon be an international spy, and murder suspect or victim. I just don't know where I'm headed yet.

But I guess he ain't going to Nigeria! Don't want to mess up the dress!!
