When we get letters from dying Lads wanting to give money away, it's usually cancer that has defiled all medical treatment, though the stroke sickness is what most worries them.

But Past0r P0we11 refuses such picayune mortality modalities - something new for him!

But.. ehrm... what disease has he got?

You may want to be the know-it-all here and tell him that he probably means an Atrial Septal Defect as that causes, when left uncorrected, oxygen-poor blood from the right side of the heart to flow through the hole to the left side of the heart. As oxygen-poor blood is (more or less) purple(-ish) this causes people to become blue(-ish), that's called cyanosis. To prove that he really has the disease... well.. he'll have to prove he has cyanosis and must therefore mail a picture that shows him being blue(-ish).

Smurfs ahoy! (Because patient's with this disease all wear white hats and pants, and no shirts.. of course)

It sounds like your lad has come up with a new medical modality... you might want to contact the AMA - or at least that famous cardiologist, C.P. Rumble, DC!
