So this is a new one -- which is always a welcome thing:
I sent my lad to pick up a cash transfer at a town several miles away from where he wanted it... Did up a fake receipt and all.
A day goes by, and he CONFIRMS RECEIPT of the money I didn't send...
How's that for fun? |

See if he changed characters. I had a bait where he mentioned receiving the first $1800. I thought he really believed he got the money based on the fact that early in the bait he disappeared for two weeks and then said criminals broke into his office.
But it turns out he was running two different characters. I figured it out later when the main character said I wasn't supposed to know but he paid a fee for me. |

You know, I thought of that... I've never had a lad message me back with anything except profanity, threats or attempting to give me shit when they're onto me though. I don't really see the benefit to him playing along if he knows he's not going to get anything from me except a safari to other Nigerian cities... |

^^^^ agreed. This just happened to me after an overly helpful delivery company delivered the package containing the money to the "real" bank address 
All that will happen is they will move to the next stage of the bait with more money involved. It's also a sign the lad is a bit desperate and probably doesn't have many magas so is less inclined to drop you. Turn the screw! |
