If you want to write an invitation letter, there are a couple of ways to go. Obviously you don't want to write anything that could be useful to a lad. But don't worry - an invitation letter written by a stranger will not get him anywhere (the invitation letter is a distraction technique).

One way to go is to write him a very brief letter of invitation addressed to the embassy ("to whom it may concern. I am citizen and resident of London uk, This letter is to invite Mr XXXX YYYY from ZZZZZZZ to visit London for the purpose of tourist and business meetings from dates A to B").

another way is to tell him you need a bunch of information from the cousin, in order to file an official letter of invitation with the embassy. This way you can ask him to fill in some forms, and possibly send you photos or various other things in order to support your visa letter. FYI the UK now has a points-based immigration system, and you could mention this as the reason for certain new policies regarding letters of invitation.

Link to real info about point-based system (but if you go this way, make up your own interpretation of the system!).

i just recognized something strange about the headers. The location keeps changing. Mostly they point to a satellite provider in Italy, some mails come from the UK and some are sent over an anonymous proxy pointing to Norway. There is no real pattern in this.
