^^ Germany, sort of. I may have mentioned it earlier in this thread, but Egypt and the USA have para-visa-free travel arrangement with lots of loopholes and inconsistencies. If you're really interested, check out the USDOS website.

These, however, are the countries that one can enter without visa at all times:

Not that it really matters since you don't need a valid visa for a layover.

As for the then-how-am-I-going-to-get-into-Sudan question, well, who gives a fuck? If the lad really pushes, I'll make something up.

^^ As great as that would be, I have even better news. Today I got word back from the hotel. My room is booked, solely for me, and under my name.

I shan't be publishing the letter from the hotel, ITP reasons and all, but here are a few parts that stuck out.

Holy crap!!! I just spent a little time reading this thread and all I can say is holy crap!!! 5,000 miles?!?!?!?!?! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA

I cannot imagine how pissed off he must be. The other day, I drove like 4-5 miles to the store to pick up my daughters favorite juice just to find out that they were all out. I wasted a whole 20 minutes and was pissed. This a-hole has flown 1/4 of the way around the world... and for what? Our amusement. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAA
