I think that's a made-up address.... there doesn't seem to be a Railway Road in N.Charleston SC. Most likely the scammer is far away from that location and wants to use the WU question and answer to collect the funds from elsewhere....

The thing about the last 2 ip addresses, if you look at the company, they both do mobile broadband solutions. And the Italian company covers africa. So either we're been pushed up the chain of command, or the lad is using different internet cafes with different connections

This was received by me yesterday, poor Frank is in a bad way, and his newphew isn't coming to see him till later on tonight..

only thing i get is in the ocean near Ghana and it seems to be a Satellite Provider

@diablo I'd be the best placed for a transplantation considering Frank's in hospital getting skin grafts. What do you have in mind? anything you'd like to donate? I don't want your eyes..
