Ignore him for a few days and see how it goes. If he flat out refuses we have so many other modalities to keep him occupied.

I think the same as Caligula as to the composition of the photo.

You could fall in love with him and progress to asking him for a photo of himself in the alltogether - then I bet the face may not be the only body part pasted on Laughing
