This is actually a phishing site, and while it is still fraudulent it is not something we deal with here. Usually if you receive an email asking you to click on a link to log in or otherwise verify your personal information it is a phishing site. We strictly deal with advance fee fraud.
However, if you would like to do something about this on your own the best course of action is to contact the legitimate bank directly. For instance, this bank has information about phishing on this page: http://www.icicibank.com/Pfsuser/spoofs/bewareoffrauds.html
