Woke him at five in the morning. He's selling diamonds. So I asked if I they were conflict diamonds. He didn't understand, so I explain it to him: diamonds that are used to fund wars.
He replied that "No, no no no no. These are good diamonds, not used for war."
I respond: "Can you.... Can you get me some blood diamonds?"
Long pause....
"Yes. I can get those for you."

He agreed to be paid in AK-47s, though I don't think he really understood.
So, long story short, there'll be a boat arriving at the coast for him, after we negotiate the details. It is full of AK-47s, in exchange for the "diamonds."
This should be a pretty epic safari if it all works out.

These lads will say anything for money.

I feel dirty.

Is this going too far perhaps? Any ideas? Should I not be dealing non-existant arms for non-existant diamonds. Could I start or influence a real war this way?

You have to keep in mind that he is probably just a crook and has no access to diamonds whatsoever, by taking up his time, you are making sure he wont scam an innocent person of their money. He is out only to rob, he deserves the headache
