Yes, it is that time of year again. The 2009 NFL football season is here!
I am a Tennessee Titans fan through and through. Win or Lose, they are my team. But of course, we are going to kick ass this year!!
So who is YOUR team? 
ETA: Yes, yes. I DO understand that not everyone will agree that 'football' by the American definition is not their kind of 'football'. I promise not to argue it if you start a thread for your 'football'. |

Well, our Atlanta Falcons who have literally never had back to back winning seasons lost today's preseason game by one point with no time left on the clock. I think I'll sit this year out.

Sorry Dora, but that isn't real football. It's a mutation of rugby which in itself is a mutation of football.
Football predominately involves kicking the ball, hence the "foot" part of it.
As in FIFA.com - Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA)

And Bluth, since you aren't reading or posting in this thread, I just want to point out that the Lions actually have a chance this year. With Jim Schwartz at the helm (who learned so much from Jeff Fisher and is cute to boot!), he can and just might turn the Lions around.

Yes, the Titans had a great season last year. It is just too bad they couldn't deliver when it counted, the AFC #1 seed counts for nothing when you lose in the first round to the #6 Ravens. Poor Titans, always the Bridesmaids never the Bride.
