^^The first email in your post is my work, but the second email is him getting impatient (big surprise).

As for your question about picking up the money, he can pick it up from anywhere, as long as he has the fake ID that matches.

I just got a call from the idiot. He got very excited when I corrected him and told him G0mer is a doctor, not a "hacka." I will post it up when I can find a way to shrink the size.
