I'm getting spam e-mails from my brother.

As his address book has been hijacked, is there a free program i can guide him too, to block these spam e-mails, i and others are getting from him.

Tell him to change his email address and delete the old one.

Then if he were to email all his contacts and tell them the situation they could block emails from the hijacked account
