That's not really fair. It doesn't sound credible to us set out like that. But the lad will have been grooming the victim for weeks or months, and romance lads can be very convincing.
It's made me think though. We think of lads having no legitimate job. I doubt that Nigerian WU agents are that well paid. They find themselves handing over large sums to their mates. It could be quite a temptation to start baiting part time. |
