I especially like the b & w scanned "This certificate is valid...." in the middles of the colour document. It almost looks like they scanned a bad photocopy.

Edit to add: and if you can get your bait to go past Dec 9th, it will no longer be valid. He'll have to get a new one.

He seems to be really digging his heels in over the CITES forms so maybe time to start shifting to fruitless trips down to the bank / moneygram office.

I'm going to "walk away" from the deal on my lawyer's advice (who originally discovered that I needed the CITES from).
