Hey, hello..

Do you recommend to use some dating sites? I was looking, and I don't know where to start, where to set up my profile. I would be glad if you can give me any suggestions.

Google free dating sites or ones that offer free trials. A few social networking sites have scammers on them.

If you read here http://forum.419eater.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=169190 he was found by a scammer on tagged.

The trick is to make your profile believable to scammers but unattractive to real users.

I presume you are talking about snagging scammers on dating sites? Wink

"Cause I don't know of any site that doesn't have it's quota (and more) of scammers.

I have used 4ppl.com to great effect.

I use 4ppl.com with great success Twisted Evil

Just use a "plain jane" type photograph (search on male/female model portfolios and find someone plain looking with a couple pics you can grab)

Leave things like "who I'm looking for" blank and other things that would make you seem undesirable to real people who are looking...

Notice the english - if it is broken or bad and they say they are in the US or UK you can be 90% sure it's a scammer... they will also send e-mails within an hour or three of you posting a new profile...

Male scammers send bad poetry ...and have jobs like gold merchant or an engineer...

Get them to send you an e-mail as soon as possible so you can check the headers and verify they are someplace like nigeria or russia... that way you are certain you have a scammer and not an innocent third party..

scammers Set up a short profile, don't do into a lot of detail,, find yourself
a ugly photo, set up a SAFE e-mail account [Gmail, Hushmail] and a charature name, Then sit back and wait.. And before you know it. they will be lining up to marry you..

Keep away from the asian ladies, but everybody else on the site seems to be a lad.
Small site, usually the only 1 or two people online are lads, but they are very lonely.

There are a couple of 'interlingvo' chinese scammers there, no baiting possible.

Re datemefree above: I've had better luck finding Lad email-writers (as opposed to the Messenger-obsessed types) on that site than on, say, 4ppl.

Emailing being my preference.

Thank you all! some vlad contacted me on 4ppl, but I emailed her and her account email is closed. Sad

I was registered at some hellodarling.net or like this and they were deleting me again and again. Day after firefox and google cancelled the acces because of phising and dangerous site.
