We have friends coming over in about 2 hrs. Curry, drink, and a DVD.

We are quite into our films and have seen all the mainstream blockbusters and so on, so much so that we have no idea what to rent out Sad

If anyone has any of those hidden gem type of films that slip under the radar but are worth 2 hours of anyones life, please post back with your suggestion and a little about what its about.

Hey smartbomb how about The Boondock Saints perhaps ? (one of my all time favorites) and most certainly not a chick flick.

I like the sound of Brazil but the misses is harder to convince.

We both like the look of The Boondock Saints - its out in front at the minute unless there's any late entries.

(careful rover, you dont want to band yourself in with hoodlums like JMR who will be stuck out immediately upon my appointment to Admin. Just a hand on the shoulder job at this point, its up to you whether it goes any further)

The Limey sounds good, but we reckon the others turning up later will find it hard going.

U Turn sounds good. TBS is slightly ahead on points at this stage though ...

Would you believe that after all of this, our guests turned up and we all jointly decided to go for a sit down curry, and then frequent the local afterwards for a few nightcaps.

We will get TBS for the next DVD night in, its been agreed.
