Its a obviously fake passport scan from a person interested in investing in my country. I'm thinking I may use him to try and fund a revolution.

Hes asked me for a passport scan. Does copying .dll files have any ill effect on your computer? He also wanted a phone number but I'll get around that.

As long as you only copy the .dll file and not cut, you are okay.
