Tell him you are not interested in counterfeiting euros, but you live in Oklahoma, where the currency is the "Okie". Can he print up some Okies? How about some nice 100 Okie notes?

There's a thread somewhere about this already.

I baited him and it's a straight 419 - he won't send you any samples, he just insists on you sending a payment to him to prove that you are serious.
