I have one Lad who claims to be in Quito, Ecuador, and supplied a phone number with the appropriate prefix. However, he's using the exact same script as a Ghanaian Lad who dropped by a couple of days later.

Simple: when they ask you to send a payment "through Western Union", they give you everytime a typical "Igbo" name. A small percentage of them is Yoruba.

Anyway:

AMINU, NWOSU, ONYEDI KWEKWE, UGO and EMENANJO are 100%nigerian first names. They are nigerians living in Ivory Coast or other countries. Put them on google and you will find them associed only with nigerians. I have a nigerian friend (not a scammer) who can confirm it.

KABORE is mainly from Burkina Faso but you can find it even in Nigeria.

GBOUGOURI isn't nigerian.

KIETA or KEITA?
KEITA is from Mali, it's from the bambara tribe
